About US
Helen’s Butterfly Foundation is a community-rooted nonprofit dedicated to empowering families and youth to overcome barriers and thrive beyond adversity. Our mission is to provide compassionate support, transformative education, and access to vital resources, especially for those impacted by trauma, incarceration, or systemic neglect. Through a family-centered, culturally responsive approach, we focus on building resilience and self-determination in every life we touch.
Led by a passionate team of board members who also serve as hands-on staff, we bring together lived experience, professional insight, and a shared belief in the power of connection and healing. As a growing organization, we’re deeply committed to listening to our community and evolving our services to meet real needs with dignity and care.
Our projects reflect this commitment. From empowerment workshops to long-term housing initiatives, each program is designed to address root challenges and spark lasting transformation. Visit our Projects page to learn how we’re putting our mission into action—one family, one step, one breakthrough at a time.
